Минут 20 смотрела в админке. Почему то сомнения, даже хотела прежде под "наблюдение".

What we have here is a player who SEEMS that he is good(above average) and who gets even better when he uses shotguns(you can see his best KPMs are with shotguns).
Of course I-stats, show that there could be something going wrong with the shotguns and I surely don't like the two METABAN bans, but it's not enough(for the moment).
Now... that said, I must add, that whenever I see a lot of colored values(in his case they are still green) on a players profile, I start to get uneasy.
Especially when they are associated(P90, PP2000, PP19, MTAR21, etc).
Still, evidence is too weak to put a blame on him.
But don't worry, if he is a cheater, it will show on the course.
